Yamaha Performing Artist Wayne Bergeron will be visiting the UK in March to present workshops, meet players and give a very special one-off gig at Floridita in London.

This January, Yamaha will be packing some of best and shiniest brass instruments into our trusty transit van and will be heading up to Skegness and Manchester for the Butlin’s Mineworkers Open Brass Band Festival and the Royal Northern College of Music Festival of Brass. We will have on display our fantastic new Neo range of brass instruments, and you will also be treated to a look at our Silent Brass series that offers the advantage of practicing or playing at times and in places you couldn't before.

Following the outstanding success of the hugely popular lunchtime recital programme, Yamaha Artist Services Europe (London) continues its eleventh and most significant series of the critically-acclaimed Lunchtime Conservatoire Concert Series at Chappell’s in Wardour Street, Soho, to showcase the very best upcoming young piano talent from UK Conservatoires.

Following a record number of entries, ten students representing a magnificent seven of the UK’s leading conservatoires have been chosen to perform at the finals of the prestigious annual Yamaha Music Foundation of Europe Scholarship awards to be held at The Royal Northern College of Music on February 15th 2012.
