Yamaha Performing Artist Wayne Bergeron will be visiting the UK in March to present workshops, meet players and give a very special one-off gig at Floridita in London.
Kicking off the UK leg of his European tour, Wayne will be heading to Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance where he’ll be working with the conservatoire’s jazz department. Wayne’s master class will focus on a number of different areas of trumpet playing and ensemble playing as well as giving students the opportunity to take advantage of his vast experience in the music business.
On Sunday 11th March, Wayne will be joined by some of the UK’s top jazz musicians as he takes to Floridita’s stage with the Yamaha All Stars Big Band under the directorship of Yamaha trumpet artist, Craig Wild. This extremely rare opportunity to see one of the most sought after session trumpeters in the World, the gig at Floridita is a must, not only for trumpeters, but for any big band enthusiast.
Known for bringing some of the best Jazz to the Soho stage, Floridita is a great place to be entertained whilst enjoying Latin-American inspired food and legendary cocktails, all in this glamorous and decadent venue.
