The Yamaha Club Magazine is an independent, full colour, glossy publication dedicated to owners of Yamaha digital keyboards and Clavinova digital pianos. The bi-monthly magazine is filled with hints and tips for getting the very best from these instruments, and brings enthusiasts the latest news from the world of Yamaha keyboards. Yamaha Club is a major support group for thousands of enthusiastic home players.
Edited by Glyn Madden (a former Yamaha UK product specialist), and his wife Cathy, the Yamaha Club Magazine has been around for almost 15 years. As Glyn put it; ‘Our objective is simply to help Yamaha owners find out more about their instruments which will, in turn, enhance the enjoyment they get from making music.’
To this end the Yamaha Club Magazine is packed with easy to follow illustrated workshops and tutorials - contributed by top class Yamaha musicians and technical experts. ‘Over the years we’ve covered everything from D.I.Y. extensions to bring the music desk closer - to music theory - to fitting DIMMs and importing samples. There really is something for everyone.’
The Club also reaches the on-line community with an active forum, shared with YPKO, where members can exchange ideas, experiences and knowledge.
