The handcrafted CPX15II is the basis for the CPX series and features a hand selected solid spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides.
The CPX15WII features Yamaha’s new 3-way A.R.T. (Acoustic Resonance Transducer) pickup for an incredibly natural, dynamic sound when amplified. Designed with performance in mind, the system offers ultra-natural tone with superior control and outstanding feedback rejection. <BR><BR> Inspired by the points of the compass, an image of sailing vessels in search of new worlds decorates the CPX15II. Signal flag position markers adorn the neck while beautiful inlay work depicting three billowing flags surrounds the sound hole.
