The FGX730SC takes the premium woods and cosmetics of the FG730S and adds a one way Yamaha A.R.T. (Acoustic Resonance Transducer) pickup and cutaway body to make a guitar ready for serious on-stage action.
The FGX730SC features a Solid Sitka Spruce top with rosewood back and sides to give a powerful, punchy tone with incredible presence. The FGX730SC uses a 90 degree non scalloped bracing which is inspired by the flagship L-series guitars for a controlled, contemporary sound. Fitted with Yamaha's own A.R.T. pickup and the System 56 preamp, the FGX730SC provides the ultimate in amplified tone and flexability.
