Statement about your relation with Yamaha or your instrument:
I have relied on Yamaha instruments for many years - whether as a solo trumpet player in the 21st Century Orchestra, as lead trumpet player in Spinning Wheel, as a long-standing Eb soprano cornet player in the Bürgermusik Lucerne brass band or lead trumpet player in big bands.
How does your instrument help you in your daily life as an artist?
Yamaha's expertise and innovative spirit always impress me and support me in all my very varied tasks as an instrumentalist.
How would you characterise your instrument?
My Yamaha trumpet does what I want it to do. It allows me to play in all possible facets, the entire spectrum from warm melancholy to powerful, radiant climaxes. Yes, the instrument is simply perfect for me in terms of sound, intonation and response!
