"The Prapremiere of the Concerto for two marimbas and orchestra „CONVERSATION WITH A STONE" of french percussionist, marimbist and Yamaha Artist Gabriel Collet”
The Prapremiere of the Concerto for two marimbas and orchestra „CONVERSATION WITH A STONE" of french percussionist, marimbist and Yamaha Artist Gabriel Collet will be held on 1st of July during the VIII Summer Festival in Radziejowice (near Warsaw).
The work is inspired by poetry of Wislawa Szymborska (Nobel Prize winner).
In 2016 we celebrate the twentieth anniversary of this event.
The performers: Axoum Duo (Elwira Slazak & Gabriel Collet) with the Swietokrzyska Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Jacek Rogala
Gabriel Collet is a laureate of the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage Scholarship (2015).
