YAMAHA GETS IN LINE FOR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY 2017 @ O2 LONDON
Yamaha is preparing to take centre stage at The O2 London for the UK’s biggest Country Music event- Country to Country 2017 as main music partner.
Featuring some of the genres biggest names including Brad Paisley, Reba McEntyre and The Zac Brown Band, the ‘Yamaha Music Stage’ and Yamaha Pop Up stages at the three day event from 10th to 12th March will offer a feast of live foot-tapping and show-stopping country music performances.
Yamaha Music London is also supporting the event and bringing a mouthwatering array of highly desirable guitars, drums and keys to the festival’s Town Square, where visitors will have the opportunity to go hands-on with expert help and enter an interactive competition to win a Yamaha prize.
At the heart of Yamaha’s highly successful partnership with Country to Country, now in its second year, has been ‘THE YAMAHA HOEDOWN, The Road to C2C’, a search to find the UK’s best emerging country music talent. Last year’s winner ‘Orfila’ went on to headline festivals in the UK and overseas representing Yamaha Music.
Following heats at 3 UK music store locations at PMT Nottingham, Yamaha Music London and Manchester PMT and a Grand Final at Yamaha HQ in Milton Keynes, Yamaha is delighted to announce the 2017 winner JADE HELLIWELL who will play an exclusive live set at C2C to represent Yamaha, UK Country Music and her store PMT Manchester. Jade will perform on the Yamaha sponsored Introducing Pop-Up stage on Sunday March 12th.
