Yamaha Artist Jools Holland celebrates ‘The Piano’ with latest album

Yamaha Artist, Bandleader, Pianist and all-round musical legend Jools Holland has released a new album centred round his fifty-year relationship with the piano. ‘The Piano’ sees Jools exploring a wide range of much-loved piano styles.

This newly recorded collection includes a collaboration with producer Brian Eno and features tracks performed with his acclaimed Rhythm and Blues Orchestra, all complemented by 10 specially selected pieces interpreting the work of piano artists and composers that he loves.

Jools Holland learnt the piano from the age of eight and by the time he reached his early teens he was performing in many pubs in East London and the East End Docks, he went on to play, record and appear with many of the world’s most iconic musicians including Amy Winehouse and Eric Clapton.
