Explore your inner musician in the Yamaha Discovery Space at Cheltenham Jazz Festival
Yamaha have partnered the upcoming Cheltenham Jazz Festival in creating the Yamaha Discovery Space, a not-to-be-missed uniquely interactive and exciting addition to this year’s festival that sees the two organisations providing inspiring ways for anybody to be introduced to music making in a fun and highly entertaining way.
The Yamaha Discovery Space is ideal for all ages and backgrounds. From current players to people wanting to find out more about music for the first time, to lapsed but yearning former musicians eager to reconnect with their instrument. It features a Giant Floor Piano, Silent Piano concerts, have a go opportunities for the piano, and a vast range of Brass and Woodwind instruments. There's even a chance to show-off your Chromatic piano skills with the 'Fastest Fingers Competition ' where you can win £250 worth of Cheltenham Jazz Festival 2019 vouchers.
The ‘Discovery’ exhibition area will allow visitors to try a wide range of instruments of all types and get valuable advice from Yamaha instrument specialists.
