Statement about your relation with Yamaha or your instrument:

I have been playing Electric Violins made by Yamaha since 2016.

How does your instrument help you in your daily life as an artist?

As a teacher, the YEV 105 Pro is very useful because I can record pieces for my students, both violin and viola, directly through the sound card and computer, without using microphones or tying up recording rooms, and I can do this at any time of the day or night!

How would you characterise your instrument?

Comfortable to play, lightweight and beautifully designed with a warm and enveloping sound.

Advice for a young musician:

I would tell young musicians to experiment as much as possible with the possibilities of electric violin’s technology. Don't be afraid to explore new worlds, new sounds, new ideas, there is still a world of music you can create in the future!
