Play for Keeps teaches children aged 8 years and up, teenagers, and adults how to become competent, well-rounded keyboard players. With a focus on developing strong technique, reading ability, music theory and listening skills, students will gain the tools to become confident performing in a variety of musical styles. Play for Keeps aims to produce versatile “jobbing keyboard players” by helping students build an extensive repertoire while also learning vital arranging and improvising abilities. Whether you’re 8 or 80, Play for Keeps will equip you with the keyboard skills and musical understanding to become the keyboardist you’ve always wanted to be.
