How the Acoustic Guitar is Made
Neck and finger board materials
Fabricable, light, solid and firm fiber wood is apt for the neck material of the guitar. The guitar neck with two red stripes shown in the photograph use padoauk, red brick color wood, to improve strength of the mahogany wood. Finger board is easily worn out parts so that high density and durable wood as ebony is used. The ebony is the adequate wood for bridge too.

The top board use wood from the north and the side board use wood from the south usually. The top board is the key element to define the sound so that well resonant wood as the Spruce is used. Majority of spruce come from Germany and North America. Side and back board use Mahogany or Rosewood from South-East Asia, South America or Africa. Colorfully painted guitars, blue or red, use spruce for its natural white color that makes the color stands out.
